15-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from mydromos.com for any reason, you have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:

  • Returned product(s) must be in the same condition that you received.
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • This policy applies only to product(s) you purchase directly from Mydromos.com.
  • Mydromos.com is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the order. You must prepay all shipping charges and you shall take full responsibility of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Mydromos.com.
  • Refunds will be issued to original method of payment within 8-10 business days of Dromos’s receipt of product(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • If the payment is done through COD or anything else then the refund amount will be transferred through Bank. Customer has to provide us the Bank account details of the bill holders name. (Name, Account Type, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Address)
  • The company has right to reject the return product.

 

CANCELLATIONS

We believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that has obtained on special occasions like New Year, Diwali, Pongal and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • No cancellations are entertained on products with offers.

 

REFUNDS:

We will process the refund after receipt of the product at our office.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:

  • Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
  • For all other modes of payment, we will do bank transfer. The amount will be transfered in favor of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
