  • Delivery of physically damaged device (claim within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Delivery of missing components in the box (claim within 24 hours of delivery).

Not eligible for warranty claim

  • Abusive handling of device.
  • Not using device as per instructions in ‘User’s Manual’.
  • Wear and tear under everyday usage of device.
  • Damages due to natural calamities, accidents, or circumstances beyond the control of the seller.
  • Tampering the device in any form.
  • In case of extended warranty claim – device not registered on www.mydromos.com within 30 days from the date of retail purchase.
  • Warranty claimed after 24 hours from delivery of physically damaged device.
  • Replaced device against warranty claim.


Claiming Warranty

  1. Login with ID created / used for registration of the device at www.mydromos.com
  2. Follow instruction to raise a ticket
  3. Submission of photos of damaged device within 24 hours of delivery
  4. Email notification on successful ticket raise
  5. Buyer to ship the device at their cost to claim warranty
  6. Seller will notify the buyer on receiving the shipment
  7. Within 2 working days of receiving the shipment seller will email final decision
  8. No delivery charges for replacement device
  9. Delivery of replacement device is through normal shipping
  10. Decision of Dzone Lifestyles is final




One-year Limited Hardware Warranty

DZONE Lifestyles warrants that your DROMOS hardware product (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.


If a hardware defect in the Product arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, DZONE Lifestyles will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair the Product at no charge with a new or refurbished components or (b) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product upon return of the defective Product. This Warranty does not apply to Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers, or where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with or where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, and modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 calendar days, whichever is longer.


To obtain remedies under this Warranty, DZONE Lifestyles must receive your claim before the end of the Warranty Period. You also must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by DZONE Lifestyles. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the device to DZONE Lifestyles. By sending the Device, consumer agrees to transfer ownership to DZONE Lifestyles. DZONE Lifestyles may not return the original device to consumer. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, DZONE Lifestyles shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement device to the Consumer.


This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of Product that was purchased from an authorized retailer or sales channel. Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification. Without limiting the foregoing, the Limited Warranty does not apply to any (a) DZONE Lifestyles products and services other than the Product, (b) Product that is, or DZONE Lifestyles reasonably believes to be, stolen, (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (d) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by DZONE Lifestyles or with improper voltage or power supply.

The Dromos products are water resistance not complete waterproof. So any device which is dropped in the water or damaged due to water does not come under warranty or refund policy.
